SmartMinutes began as a solution to our own problem at Agilifly, a Smartsheet Platinum Partner. Like many teams, we spent too much time manually capturing meeting notes and action items into Smartsheet—our preferred work management platform—after every internal or client discussion.

We experimented with AI-generated summaries from Zoom, but found them too long and unstructured to drive real accountability, unlike Smartsheet Minutes of meeting and Sprint trackers, which are far superior on account of the structures row/column format, automated workflows and real time dashboard. We asked ourselves – “What if meeting minutes could write themselves—clearly, concisely, and in a format that worked seamlessly with Smartsheet?”

So we built SmartMinutes, the meeting assistant we always wished we had. As we began using it internally, our enterprise clients took notice—and asked if they could use it too. That’s when we realized this wasn’t just a productivity boost for us, but a tool that could help hundreds of teams.

Today, SmartMinutes is built and maintained by Agilifly in partnership with our technology collaborators at Technoboost Services. It’s designed to help teams stop chasing notes and start capturing outcomes—with automated, structured summaries that sync to Smartsheet or email in just one click.
